Terms of Service & EULA

These terms govern your use of the Log My Arsenal mobile application (the “app”), provided by Georgia Motorsports Media, LLC. By using the app, you agree to them.

1. License

Georgia Motorsports Media, LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app.

2. Recordkeeping tool only

The app is for personal inventory and recordkeeping. It does not provide legal advice.

3. Your responsibility & compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal firearms laws, and for the accuracy of your records.

4. No transfers

The app does not facilitate the sale, purchase, or transfer of firearms or ammunition between users.

5. No warranty / “as is”

The app is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Georgia Motorsports Media, LLC is not liable for data loss; you are responsible for your own backups.

6. Passphrase & backups

You are responsible for safeguarding your device, passphrase, and backups. A lost passphrase makes an encrypted backup unrecoverable.

7. Age

The app is intended for users 17 and older.

8. Intellectual property

Log My Arsenal, its name, logo, and content are owned by Georgia Motorsports Media, LLC.

9. Purchases

The Pro unlock is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple or Google under their respective terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated; continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
